Starting from the 1st January 2025, new increased VAT rates are applied in Switzerland. The normal 8.0% rate switched to 8.1% and the specific rate for the hotel sector switched to 3.8%. Basic needs goods have a reduced rate of 2.6% applied.

Check :guilabel:`Import only open years` if you wish to import only open years. Years closed in WinBooks are likely to have incomplete data. The counterpart of incomplete entries will be set in a suspense account.

To import your data into Odoo, :doc:`install <../../general/apps_modules>` the module :guilabel:`Account Winbooks Import` (`account_winbooks_import`). Then, open the **Accounting app**, and go to :menuselection:`Configuration --> Settings`. Under the :guilabel:`Accounting Import` section, click :icon:`oi-arrow-right` :guilabel:`Import`. Finally, click :guilabel:`Import WBK` and upload the previously prepared `.zip` file.
