When creating or importing bank transactions, the amount is in the company's main currency. To input a **foreign currency**, select a currency in the :guilabel:`Foreign Currency`. Once selected, enter the :guilabel:`Amount` in your main currency for it to automatically get converted in the foreign currency in the :guilabel:`Amount in Currency field`.
Bij het aanmaken of importeren van banktransacties is het bedrag in de hoofdvaluta van het bedrijf. Om een **vreemde valuta** in te voeren, selecteer je een valuta in het veld :guilabel:`Vreemde valuta`. Zodra deze is geselecteerd, voer jeVoer het :guilabel:`Bedrag` in je hoofdvaluta in, zodat ditvervolgens automatisch wordt omgerekend naar de vreemde valuta in het veld :guilabel:`Bedrag in valuta`.

VJe kunt voor alle documenten kun je de valuta en het dagboek selecteren die je voor de transactie wilt gebruiken op het document zelf.
