Sale Subscription Stock is a bridge module between sale_subscription and
sale_stock. The purpose of this module is to allow the user to create
subscription sale order with storable product which will result in
recurring delivery order and invoicing of those products.

Module for synchronization of Documents between several companies. For example, this allow you to have a Sales Order created automatically when a Purchase Order is validated with another company of the system as vendor, and inversely.

Supported documents are invoices/credit notes.
Moduł do synchronizacji dokumentów między kilkoma firmami. Pozwala np. na automatyczne utworzenie zamówienia sprzedaży po zatwierdzeniu zamówienia zakupu z inną firmą w systemie jako sprzedawca i odwrotnie.

This module integrate Odoo so you can issue electronic documents (CFE) to DGI. Example: e-Ticket, e-Invoice and related Debit and Credit Notes.

After the CFE has been issued, and since the invoice validation is asynchronous, Odoo will run a scheduled action that will connect to DGI to check/update CFE state (Waiting DGI Response, Approved or Rejected)

NOTE: Every connection is made using a third-party software named Uruware

Configuration
-------------

1. Need to have an Uruguayan Company (with the Uruguayan COA installed)
2. Go to Settings / Accounting / Uruguay Localization section and configure the fields to connect to UCFE: Uruware's platform for connecting to the Dirección General Impositiva (DGI)
3. Go to Settings / Users / Companies / Companies and set the Tax ID number, DGI Main House or Branch Code, all your Address related fields.
4. Go to Invoices and validate them. Then use Send and Print to send to the government and generate a CFE. You will see a new field "CFE Status" that will show you the status of the electronic document: initially, it will be in "Waiting DGI response", and after some time it will be automatically updated to Approved/Rejected. You will also receive the legal PDF and XML files related to the CFE as attachments to the document.

Known issues / Roadmap

* Contingency documents not implemented
* Future implementation will have auto synchronization of Vendor bills.

Ten moduł integruje Odoo, dzięki czemu można wystawiać dokumenty elektroniczne (CFE) do DGI. Przykład: e-bilet, e-faktura i powiązane noty debetowe i kredytowfaktury korygujące.

Ponieważ walidacja faktury jest asynchroniczna, po wystawieniu CFE Odoo uruchomi zaplanowaną akcję, która połączy się z DGI w celu sprawdzenia/aktualizacji stanu CFE (oczekiwanie na odpowiedź DGI, zatwierdzenie lub odrzucenie).

UWAGA: Każde połączenie jest nawiązywane przy użyciu zewnętrznego oprogramowania o nazwie Uruware.

Konfiguracja
-------------

1. Konieczne jest posiadanie urugwajskiej firmy (z zainstalowanym urugwajskim COA).
2. Przejdź do sekcji Ustawienia / Księgowość / Lokalizacja Urugwajska i skonfiguruj pola, aby połączyć się z UCFE: platformą Uruware do łączenia się z Dirección General Impositiva (DGI).
3. Go to Settings / Users / Companies / Companies and set the Tax ID number, DGI Main House or Branch Code, all your Address related fields.
4. Przejdź do Faktur i zatwierdź je. Następnie użyj Wyślij i Drukuj, aby wysłać do rządu i wygenerować CFE. Zobaczysz nowe pole „Status CFE”, które pokaże Ci status dokumentu elektronicznego: początkowo będzie on w „Oczekiwaniu na odpowiedź DGI”, a po pewnym czasie zostanie automatycznie zaktualizowany do Zatwierdzony/Odrzucony. Otrzymasz również prawne pliki PDF i XML związane z CFE jako załączniki do dokumentu.

In a lot of countries, a debit note is used as an increase of the amounts of an existing invoice
or in some specific cases to cancel a credit note.
It is like a regular invoice, but we need to keep track of the link with the original invoice.
The wizard used is similar as the one for the credit note.

W wielu krajach nota debetowa jest wykorzystywana do zwiększenia kwoty istniejącej faktury
lub w niektórych przypadkach do anulowania noty kredytowfaktury korygującej.
Przypomina to zwykłą fakturę, ale wymaga śledzenia powiązania z oryginalną fakturą.
Używany kreator jest podobny do tego dla noty kredytowfaktury korygującej.
